Founder
Founder of USCA Şarapçılık, she is a graduate of the Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Law.
In 2002 she took her first step into winemaking by acquiring her first vineyard in Güzelbahçe Payamlı. In 2007 she founded USCA Şarapçılık and shaped the brand’s corporate identity; in 2010 she played an active role in the winery’s construction, licensing and transition to production.
With her passion for wine, her vision and her experience in viticulture, she guides every stage of the brand. The knowledge she has built through tasting events and degustation training proves decisive across a wide field — from the making of USCA wines to the brand’s positioning.

Production Manager
After a bachelor’s degree in Chemical and Process Engineering, she completed a master’s in Chemical Engineering at the İzmir Institute of Technology.
Odabaşı began her career at USCA in 2017 as a Process Engineer; strengthening her expertise with WSET and occupational-safety training, she took on the role of Production Manager.
Between 2023 and 2025 she specialised in oenology at the University of Turin,
completing the Viticoltura ed Enologia programme, and rejoined the USCA team.
AntoineBastide d'Izard
Wine Specialist
Born in the Languedoc region of southern France, Antoine Bastide d’Izard comes from a family long devoted to viticulture and winemaking.
He developed his ability to read and manage terroir and vineyards by living within nature’s simple, unspoiled rhythm.
As the seventh generation of his family, he has taken up its winemaking tradition and carries it on, step by step.

She graduated from the Accounting Department of Celal Bayar Vocational School in 2007.
She has worked actively in accounting since 2008.
Since 2023 she has served as accounting manager at USCA Şarapçılık.

Vineyard Manager
Joining the USCA family shortly after settling in İzmir, Erdem Yılmaz has cared for the vineyards since 2007.
He takes an active role at every stage of production.
My journey began in 2002 with a small vineyard. In time, that vineyard became more than a place of production — it became a way of life that set the rhythm of my days. I learned that viticulture asks you not to hurry, not to force nature, and to wait for the wisdom of the right moment.
Since 2012, together with my team, we rediscover the singular character of the Urla terroir with every harvest and turn it into wine — growing a little more in awe of nature’s gifts each year.
As a woman producer, across the twenty-four years of this journey — alongside the team that has accompanied me and made every moment precious through their work — we have the joy of bringing our wines to you, who share the same passion.
