When you visit USCA, you may choose from three guided tasting experiences.
Led by our wine specialist, these come in Classical, Premium and Cellar formats. We share our journey from harvest to bottle — alongside our production methods, tasting notes and food pairings.
Every day of the week, by reservation, indoors.
A +18 age limit applies in our tasting room.
Classical
Session 13:00 · 15:00
Four wines — one white, one rosé and two reds — served in 5 cl pours. The journey of each selected wine from harvest to production is shared alongside tasting notes and food pairings.
Premium
Session 13:00 · 15:00
Six wines — two rosés, one white and three reds — served in 5 cl pours. The making of each selected wine is told alongside tasting notes and food pairings.
Cellar
Session 14:00
Six wines — one white, one rosé and four reds — served in 5 cl pours. Held in the cellar and limited to between six and twelve guests, this special experience shares production details, the journey from harvest to bottle, tasting notes and food pairings.
